The Danbury Grill – Top Diner near Hanging Rock for Fresh, Made-to-Order BBQ and Burgers

We rode our motorcycle up to hanging rock and decided it was lunch time, looked for a place to eat on Google maps, and found this little diner!! Totally worth the stop and $! Service staff was friendly and food was amazing!! The BBQ pork smash burger was totally worth it, the seasoning was just enough to give it the flavor needed and the hot chips were just as perfect. If in the area again will stop and eat here. Thank you again it was delicious

Came here before an outing to the lower cacades with my fiance and 5 year old. Wonderful experience. My fiance got a smash burger and the meat was well seasoned. I got 2 hot dogs and fresh hot chips and it looks like the chili and the slaw were both homemade. My kid got a plain hotdog and fries. While it is a little bit of a wait, everything is made to order so its well worth it. The fries and hot chips were fresh and hot. Affordable, made to order, house made ingredients, friendly staff. Overall a great experience.

Loved the food and the staff are AMAZINGLY nice. This is our new spot when visiting!! Thanks to the lovely cashier and the cooks!

Great little diner! Me and some friends were camping in the area and stopped here for breakfast on our way out. The cook was so kind and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip. ALSO the biscuits are SO GOOD! Some of the best I've had.

I’m still eating but needed to write a review. This place is hands down a goldmine. A must stop if you plan to hike or camp in Hanging Rock. We were going to cook at the campground but decided last minute to go out to eat and I’m so glad we did - this was the highlight of our trip even more than the beautiful Mountain View’s lol!!!

My son and I ate here after a day of hiking at Hanging Rock. We both had a double smash burger and loved every bite! This is undoubtedly one of the best burgers I've had from one of the most unassuming of places. Kudos to the chef, and thank you for a wonderful meal.

My daughter and I stopped at Danbury Grill before we went into Hanging Rock to hike with the fall colors. This was the cutest restaurant ever with the nicest people. I had the most delicious grilled chicken sandwich and my daughter had the best and freshest grilled chicken salad. We enjoyed it on top of the tower at Moore’s Knob. Great food, great day!

This is a small, "blink and you miss it" kind of place but man that guy knows how to make a burger. Totally worth the stop. Friendly place with that small town charm everyone likes from Danbury. Seating is very limited indoors, however there are a few tables outside as well. The fries were seasoned well and quite tasty. My daughter and fiancé had hotdogs which I can also say were very good. Pretty sure the chili is homemade, as is the ranch. This was my first stop there, but it won't be my last.
